TheOrioGallery.co.uk (The Orio Gallery) is the website for Emily Garnham Wright and Don Sibthorpe.

By browsing the website and purchasing from The Orio Gallery, you accept and agree to the below Terms and Conditions. All of The Orio Gallery’s products are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully.

Acceptance of Order

To purchase from TheOrioGallery.co.uk simply click “Add to basket” on any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection you can review it in your basket before you click “Proceed to checkout”. Give your billing and delivery details and proceed to payment via PayPal.

Your order becomes binding as soon as it has been accepted by The Orio Gallery, subject to your rights of cancellation (see section on ‘Cancellation and Returns’).

It is your responsibility to check all the details and aspects of your order are correct and that the goods ordered are suitable for your requirements. Please check these details before placing your order.

Colours and descriptions

Please be aware that due to variance in devices and monitors the colours you see on the screen may vary from that of the artwork.

While we have endeavoured to be clear and accurate, all dimensions given are approximate.

Pricing and Payment

All orders are refundable up to 48 hours after your order is placed. We make every effort to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publication on the website, however, if an error has occurred, either party may cancel the order. Up until the time you place your order, we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Before we can dispatch your order, we must receive payment in full for all works purchased.

Deposits for works are non-refundable.

Delivery and Shipping

We offer free delivery to the United Kingdom on all purchases. Following payment for your order, please allow up to 5 working days for us to process and ship your order.

International shipping is £12 and international customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred.

Where possible we reuse and recycle packaging.

Cancellation and Returns

If you need to amend or cancel your order, you have the right to do so at any time up to 48 hours after you have placed your order. If you amend your order in any way after 48 hours after you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred in relation to your order.

You have the right to return the order up to 14 days after delivery, provided it is received in it’s original condition and fit for re-sale. You should ensure that works to be returned are packaged safely, as received, and that works are returned back to us within 14 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, and should ensure that a reliable delivery method is used.

We make sure that all goods are in excellent condition before dispatching, however, on rare occasions orders can be damaged whilst in transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must let us know within 30 days of receiving the item, as we cannot be held responsible for defects after this point. We require that photographs are taken of the damage immediately, and sent to art@theoriogallery.co.uk. In these circumstances, The Orio Gallery will pay the return postage costs, and we will endeavour to repair and replace your order as soon as possible.
